With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Edith Garcia brings over 25 years of experience working with children and young adults of varying abilities. Her extensive background includes developing inclusive programs and fostering a nurturing environment that supports each individual's unique needs. Passionate about empowering youth, Edith is dedicated to creating transformative learning experiences that promote growth and resilience.
Tiffany Williams, Ed.D began working with LGCS in 2020, as an ABA Supervisor as well as providing Behavioral Interventions. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communication studies, a Master’s in Educational Studies and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Management. She is currently completing a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked with clients in early intervention to transitional centers within the schools, from the ranges of TK-22 years of age. A former Special education teacher, she provides ABA services throughout the Los Angeles County, with over 15 years of experience implementing ABA strategies and interventions.
Hi I am Suzette M. Ventura, I am the Assistant Director and a BID-Supervisor for Looking Glass Children’s Services. I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy and 20+ years of clinical experience as a therapist and a supervisor. I am trained in DIRFloortime, ABA, and RDI therapies. Most of my career has been spent working with children and their families through clinical, home, and school-based. I believe in embracing neurodiversity and I am most passionate about helping our clients and their families navigate the therapies and services available to them.
